Mailmoor exists to hold your mail, not to learn from it. This page explains, plainly, what we keep and why.
What we keep
- Your account details: your address, an encrypted password and any domains you connect.
- Your mail, stored so you can read it until you delete it.
- Short-lived delivery logs, used to route mail, stop abuse and keep our sending reputation clean.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads or sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't scan your mail to build a profile of you.
- This website uses no analytics, tracking scripts or advertising cookies.
Who else handles your mail
Like any mail service, we pass outgoing messages to the recipient's mail server, and we use trusted delivery infrastructure to do so. We share account data with others only when the law requires it.
Deleting your account
Members can ask to close their account at any time. When an account closes, we delete its mailbox and the mail in it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell members by email before the change takes effect.
